Enable Legacy behavior (Nuxeo 6.x) on ACL order of execution. On Nuxeo 6.x and below, the ACL execution order used to be Inherited -> Local -> LocalGroup (custom), on >7.x it's Inherited -> LocalGroup (custom) -> Local. This flag enables Legacy ACL mode on newer Nuxeo versions 7.x and above.
